Geo News has just released the CCTV footage of twin blasts occurred at the crowded Moon Market in Lahore. According to the footage, the blast took place at 8:50pm. Footage shows the scenes of Moon Market before and after the blast. Black smoke and fire is clearly visble in the footage. Also the impact of these blasts can also be felt .The footage has been taken from a jewelry shop located inside the market.
More than 50 innoncent people were killed, including 17 children, in the blast and scores others injured. May Allah bless the souls of all those who died in this coward terrorist strikes. Amen

The Wazir Khan Mosque is situated in Lahore, is famous for its extensive faience tile work. It has been described as ‘ a mole on the cheek of Lahore’. It was built in seven years, starting around 1634-1635 A.D., during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan. It was built by Shaikh Ilm-ud-din Ansari, a native of Chiniot, who rose to be the court physician to Shah Jahan and later, the Governor of Lahore. He was commonly known as Wazir Khan. The briefing given to the Senate by Advisor to Prime Minister for Interior Rehman Malik disclosed some serious problems that our beloved country Pakistan is facing from its arch enemy India and the cold war rival Russia. Both these countries are actively involved in fueling insurgency in the province of Baluchistan. Russias are taking revenge for their cold war defeat at the hands of American allies in Pakistan. While today the same Americans are indirectly helping the Russians through their Afghan allies. The Americans have never been a good friend of any country in the world except Israel and have proved it time and again. The short history of Pakistani nation is filled with so many instances when our so called American allies abandoned us.
The Indians and Russians have proved their alliance and today they are both busy in destabilizing Pakistan through the puppet government of Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan. In this scenario, Talibans can be considered our allies by default since the Afghan Talibans are the only force fighting the war against all three of our enemies. The terrorists operating in Pakistan are not Talibans and hence they should not be counted as Afghan Talibans whose only reason for Jihad is to liberate Afghanistan from the Americans and its allied nations. The Lahore Police announced having information about those responsible for the assault in a press conference. “With the help of other intelligence agencies there has been considerable progress in this case. One thing is for sure that there is an Indian hand behind the attack,” Lahore Police Chief Pervez Rathore told reporters here. “I must tell you that there is credible evidence of Indian involvement in the attack,” he said. Police sources also confirmed the arrest of an Indian intelligence operative in Rawalpindi and recovered important documents from his possession including maps of targets in major cities. The information provided by the arrested Indian national has already led to at least five further arrests.
The police training facility has been attacked in Lahore and the gun fight is still going on. According to The News:
LAHORE: At least 20 people have been killed and 25 injured when gunmen attack police training centre in Manawan near Wagah border on Monday.
Attackers take positions inside police training center. They are wearing police uniforms and carrying backpacks and guns.
Rangers and police take positions around police training centre. Army has also deployed to aid police. Emergency enforced in the hospitals. Police helicopters hover training center.
The bodies and injured have been shifted to different hospitals. According to DIG Mumtaz Sukhara, the exact number of attackers yet to be known. Police have directed people to stay away from training center, however, large number of people present outside training center to support security forces. They are chanting slogans in favour of Punjab police and Pakistan Army.
Earlier, a series of at least five blasts were heard at the training centre at Manawan, and the explosions were followed by an exchange of fire between the attackers and policemen that is still underway.
The officials said about 850 trainee policemen were present within at the facility.Reports said the gunmen lobbed several grenades as they launched their attack and then fired indiscriminately.

It is expected that around 500 trainee police officers have been taken as hostage inside the building. The military has been called in and people are gathering outside the facility to cheer their armed forces. Helicopters are hovering to keep a bird eyes view of the situation. The facility is completely surrounded and hence the chances of the attackers to flee the scene are now very rare. Interior Ministry led by Rehman Malik has failed the citizens of Pakistan and he should be immediately removed from his position as he has no grace to resign himself. He is a failed person as it was his security in which Benazir died and since then we have witnessed numerous such incidents.

LAHORE: Security forces declared victory over attackers who besieged Manawan police academy, firing into the air in jubilation, Geo news reported on Monday.
At least three bearded men in vests put their hands in the air and surrendered to the small group of armed security forces and commandos on the rooftop of the main academy building just outside the city of Lahore.
The forces shouted “Allah Akbar” (God is great), flashed ‘V’ for victory signs and pumped bullets into the air, a traditional sign of celebration, nearly eight hours after attackers stormed the compound.
Interior Advisor Rehman Malik told Geo news that four terrorists have been killed in the operation while some arrested by security agencies. The arrested terrorists have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
