Ufone has finally done away with its old website and came out with a newly designed website. The new website of Ufone is such that most of the options are laid on the front page and hence customers and visitors can easily browse through various pages. The front page also contains banner ads of various Ufone offerings.
The interesting factor about the new site is that it has brought a lot of focus on Value Added Services offered by Ufone. In the previous website of Ufone, customer had to search for Mobile Games, Top Videos and Wallpapers while in their new website, Ufone has brought all those offerings to the front page to give them more visibility. It will surely add to the existing revenues from the VAS. The new website also offers Live Chat Support to its postpaid subscribers on its website. I wonder why they can not extend these services to Prepaid subscribers as well?

This website is misleading and not properly edited. It holds incomplete / contradictory information misleading us consumers.

it says 1.5 gb traffic. but if u call helpline or ask the customer service centers they tell you its unlimited without usage policy.

I want to draw the attention of administration of U fone on the lowest quality service of U fone. with the passage of time, U has lost its inhereted qualities and I am much tired of. I seem myslef as an old customer of U since 2003, but now i intend to port my number to any other cellular work as all the joys have lost due to highest introduction and lowest service. several time I contacted the host on 333, except charges, no result.
so, it seems to be good to take rid off from this ghost of U fone and enjoy any other service.One who realy interested to solve my can contact my number 3335076214 as it is the responsibility of the network provider.
i need zong all night or all day pakages and how can i use any one number for monthly charges
