Free balance will end at the expiry of the scratch card/ULoad validity

Now this is something that will hit Ufone incoming calls revenue since a telecom operator earn either from Outgoing calls or from incoming calls from other networks. Till date, operators were only competing on outgoing calls tariffs but now Ufone has also decided to share its incoming calls revenue with its customers and hence took the compeitition to a new level. This is a very good offer for the customers of Ufone as they will try to keep their sims active by promoting their friends and other contacts to call on their Ufone sims. Ufone will also benefit from this offer as it will help it to keep its customer base active as well as attract new customers who will be enticed by this offer.

Dear Reperesentative of Ufone,

I really appreciated ,the valuable communication services of ufone but one thing is very differ form other communication networks especially from “ZONG” in one free number pakage . This is very huge difference as compare to Ufone Rs. 35 per day is chargs by u & only Rs.16/per day- through “ZONG”.Sir , You can define to this big difference.Please, send me respone on my mentioned e-mail.
