ADVERTISEMENT FOR REGULAR COMMISSION IN PAKISTAN ARMY WOMEN CANDIDATES: CLICK HERE OPEN FOR ALL CITIZENS. Induction is open to all eligible Pakistanis irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region. 1. NATIONALITY. Male citizens of Pakistan or Azad Kashmir domicile holders and State Class-1 Citizens. 2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS a. AGE ON 01 NOV 2009 (a) Intmed or Equivalent - 17-22 Years (Relaxable for three months both in upper and lower age limit under special circumstances) (b) Graduates for PMA Long Course - 17-23 Years (2) Serving Armed Forces Personnel - 17-25 Years b. MARITAL STATUS. Unmarried (serving personnel of the Armed Forces over 20 years of age are eligible, even if married). c. TRAINING PERIOD 2 years at PMA d. EDUCATION (2) SERVING ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL 45% Mks in FA/FSc NOTES (a) Candidates who have passed part-1 of Intermediate examination with minimum 50% marks and have appeared/appearing in Supplementary of part-II/final examination and whose result will be announced by 30 Sep 09 can also apply subject to provision of original part-1 marks sheets alongwith “Hope Certificate” by the head of College/University that they have good chance of passing the finals examination with minimum 50% marks. Such candidates will deposit their original Part-II certificate/mark sheets alongwith 4 x attested copies to GHQ PA Dte. PA-3(a) latest by 10 Oct 09 otherwise their selection will not be processed further. (b) Candidates not issued with matric certificates or in possession of duplicate/revised mark sheets/certificates of Matric/Intermediate/BA/BSc MUST get a verification certificate signed by Secretary/Controller Examination of concerned Board/University. (c) In case a candidate fails to report for ISSB on any ground, ISSB is not obliged to recall the candidates. 3. PHYSICAL STANDARDS a. MINIMUM HEIGHT - 5′-4″ (162.5cm) b. PHYSICAL FITNESS. The candidates will have to qualify the following physical standards at the time of preliminary selection:- 4. REGISTRATION AND PRELIMINARY SELECTION. Candidates can either register through Internet or by visiting AS&RCs:- a. REGISTRATION AT AS&RCS. Candidates will be required to report alongwith necessary documents and registration fee of Rs.150/- for fresh and Rs. 100/- for repeaters at following Army Selection and Recruitment Centres for registration/allotment of Roll No and date/time of written test etcetera:- AS&RC Telephone AS&RC Telephone b. REGISTRATION THROUGH INTERNET. c. WRITTEN / INTELLIGENCE TEST Written/Intelligence test will be based on multiple choice questions from English, maths, Pak Studies, Islamiat and General Knowledge. d. SCHEDULE OF REGISTRATION / TESTS e. DOCUMENT REQUIRED AT AS&RCS. f. PRELIMINARY SELECTION. g. FURTHER SELECTION. 5. INELIGIBILITIES a. Screened out twice by ISSB. 6. PAKISTAN NATIONALS RESIDING ABROAD. Eligible candidates residing abroad are exempted from Preliminary Selection. However, Defence Attaches are requested to ascertain their overall suitability, physical deformity and stammering aspects. The candidates are advised to approach Pakistani Embassies (Military/Defence Attaches) in the country where residing or Personnel Administration Directorate PA-3(a), GHQ Rawalpindi, for issuance of application forms only. They will submit their application forms alongwith connected documents through Pakistani Embassies by 10_Jul 2009. A postal order of Rs. 100/- and a bank draft of Rs. 500/- in the name of Director Personnel Administration-1., Personnel Administration Directorate, GHQ Rawalpindi will be attached with the application form. Postal address in Pakistan should also be indicated in the application forms so that call up notice for ISSB Tests/Interview and further correspondence to eligible candidates can be made on the given Pakistani address. No traveling allowance will be admissible. Upon final selection candidates with dual nationality will have to surrender nationalities other than Pakistani. 7. PRIVATE COACHING CENTRES FOR ISSB TESTS. According to existing rules of Armed Forces, Pre-ISSB training cannot be imparted by any individual or private coaching centre. GHQ Personnel Administration Directorate denies any link with such illegal & unethical training establishments throughout the country. sir, LCC-6, DSSC (PSYCHs+ICTOs) has been started during 124 pma long cource . Is issb for 124 pma closed or will be continued after LCC tests? And second thing is that, you had said , issb batches will be updated before 20 days on pak army website,but now only batch no. 4 to 8 Oct 2009 has been updated and today is 01 oct, 2009. That is only one weak before the test.So what is the reason behind it? Please tell.

The best advice for all those who aspire to join Pak Army ia as following:
1. Indulge in general study.
2. Read specifically about current affairs around the world and have your own independent non-emotional opinion.
3. Do regular exercise and play games regularly preferably team games like football, hockey, basketball etc
4. Be analytical but positive. Learn to analyze events and assignments logically and objectively.
5. Have confidence in your self and your abilities. Army just wants to know your true self so present your true picture and do not pretend. The selectors come to know about you anyway. The contradictions between your true picture and the one you pretend to portray casts doubt about your personality. No body likes to associate with a person having double personality.
6. Remember Army just wants a truthful, healthy young man with a strong character who can be trained the way Army wants. So if you are an average student with healthy mind and body; you are a potential army officer.

Test Date :January 26, 2010.
Test Time : 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
My some friends were already applied for the same, and selected Exam Station at Lahore. They went for test/interview, but they refused with the remakes that your are not illegible because you did not clear your education. In terms and condition/application form there is no any column for completion of education, and not any term for education completion certificate, there is “studying information and detail of studying subject.
I want to know when we/I issued registration slip, then why rejected, when all requirements are completed properly. Sir, may I forgot this practice / labor / I given time to serve my Pak Army and who is responsible for this? Kindly guide me, whether I come for interview or not, when I issued AS&RC registration slip.

but in the meanwhile i have a minor complain or confusion that why pakistani army recruiting administration have imposed the condition on the candidates to enter in our pride force after 23 years it should be revise and age factor should be maximum 25 years

Do any of you girls actually wish to join the army for combat? I do and need support from other girls who do wish likewise, because the Pak Army dont recruit girls as soldiers but in other fields of service other than combat. I am obsessed with the uniform and the thought of dying in it.
