With all due respect, it was a great effort by one of the highest conentration of poor people in the world (India) going for space expedition. The failure of the mission at least gives the Indian Government a chance to try to conentrate more on alleviation of poverty rather than aspirations of becoming a super power. The below picture must be taken in a light way, but it highlights a deep message which goes for both the poor countries India and Pakistan to concentrate on poverty reduction and quit dreaming of Space Wars. Once again its for both countries to conentrate on the main issues and not take it to a new level.

I agree with your comment that our governments should be working towards reducing poverty in their respective countries. However, how does the picture in your post relate the text? This man is performing and people drop money for him. How is this any different from people giving money to a busker in a metro in London?
