After the dealth of Baitullah Mehsud , everyone was waiting for a response from TTP? and we have one now - Bajaur Agency Taliban commander Maulvi Faqir Mohammad on Wednesday declared himself as the acting chief of the defunct Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Muslim Khan as the central spokesman for the militant organisation. Taliban militants until now had been denying Baitullah Mehsud’s death in the August 5 US drone attack. But Faqir Mohammad’s sudden appearance and his declaring himself as the acting chief of the TTP has opened a Pandora’s box.Senior analysts are of the opinion that Faqir Mohammad’s intervention and nominating himself as the TTP chief showed that Baitullah is no more. Faqir Mohammad argued that his decision to take control of the TTP was due to the poor health of Baitullah. He claimed Baitullah was seriously ill and unable to coordinate with other chapters of the Taliban movement. Maulvi Faqir was nominated as the TTP deputy chief on December 14, 2007 when all militant organisations, operating in the seven tribal regions, Frontier Regions (FRs) and settled districts of the NWFP entered into an alliance.Maulvi Faqir claimed Baitullah was alive, but his poor health did not allow him to lead the Taliban. He said it was difficult for Baitullah to keep contacts with several groups of the Taliban operating in various regions due to his sickness. According to Faqir Mohammad, Baitullah has been suffering from various diseases, including hypertension, diabetes and kidney problems. Related Articles |

I don’t understand why most of our Genuine leaders suffer from Kidney problems like Baitullah mehsood,osama bin,Altaf hussain,Joneejo etc.
Mulla Toor Khan,Taliban(Khalis) asserted that they don’t have any connection with TTP and they don’t support what they are involved In.He condemns the killing of innocent children,men & women by suscide attacks.He said that his party people have Valid reason & justification to fight americans according to him,he is fighting with foreigners who posses threat to their religion,culture & MOTHER LAND.He said we are against the killing of innocent people.
