In a historic address to the nation, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani announced on Monday to restore the deposed Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry.
The prime minister also pledged that the government would steer the country out of the numerous domestic and international challenges facing it.

Good news, reguardless of the chaps suitability (weren’t there some sort of corruption cases against him?) he was forced out in a very wrong fashion.
The question is what now for Sharif?
Chris, the Chief Justice ain’t a saint. But he has done a lot for saving the human rights of Pakistanis.
Its a huge success of the common masses after a 2 year long amazing struggle of the lawyers, the students, the common masses, the bloggers, the media, and many political parties (despite all the crack down, arrest) etc.
