Question: What will happen if I subscribe to a second SMS bundle before the first finishes or expires?

In case of multiple subscriptions, the validity will be greater of the two bundles and number of SMS of last bundle will be available.
For example,
On 5th of March you have 50 SMS left in your account that expire on 10th of March. You subscribe to Rs. 35 bundle that gives you 500 SMS with 15 days validity. The total SMS in your account would now be 500(SMS of later bundle) whereas validity will be set to 20th March(greater of 2 bundles)

Question:  Can Free SMS be used for short codes?

No, free SMS cannot be used for sending messages to short codes/VAS services.

Question:  Will my SMS bundle still be usable if I switch to some other Jazz Package?

Your SMS bundle will be applicable if you switch to any Jazz Package. When you convert to a different Jazz package you will be able to avail the SMS you have remaining. Please note that the SMS Bundle will remain subject to their validity period irrespective of what package you are using.

Question: Can I still subscribe to the old SMS bundles (SMS Fever)?

The old SMS bundles (SMS Fever) would no longer be available for subscription. If you had already subscribed to the old bundles, you will be able to use all the remaining SMS until they are finished, but will not be able to subscribe to those bundles again.

Question: Can I still send SMS from my bundle if my account goes zero?

Yes. Customers can still send SMS if their bundle is still valid and if free SMS still remain, irrespective of your account balance.
