After reading the above title if you are thinking that you will learn how to deface CIA website or to hack someone Gmail account, then stop reading any further because PakCERT will not help you in any manner. Now that brings us to the question as to what is PakCERT? PakCERT is a one stop solution provide for cyber security in Pakistan.  The objective and mission statement of PakCERT is as following:

Objective
Computer security has been a problem in Pakistan from the past couple of years, as hackers now are targeting government and corporate services to steal data and information. Not only hackers located outside Pakistan, but now hackers inside Pakistan are also hacking their easy targets with new and old exploits, taking command of the vulnerable target server. From intelligent hackers working for governments and corporate companies to a bored script kiddie, they all are an obvious danger to your network.
