Telenor TalkShawk 30 Seconds Now Offer New Rates

There seems to a new war taking place in the industry led by Zong which was followed by Mobilink and now Telenor has also jumped on to the wagon and dropped its prices. I got a slight shock by the new prices but the real shocker was their new advertisement. I wonder what has happened to the marketing team of Telenor that they came out with such a cheap advertisement? The trend of such advertisements is not very uncommon in telecom industry and few other operators have also done the same in Pakistani telecommunication industry and the response was not very good. The rates have been flattened across all the networks to Rs. 0.75 per 30 seconds which means that Rs 1.5 per minute. Telenor is also claiming that it is providing one FnF number on other networks while in reality the rate is not much different. And don’t forget to note the last line in their advertisement “Baas Activate Karna Baqi Ha”
