“Samsung Omnia (I900) Launched in Pakistan”

Arguably the most hyped Win Mo device (along with Touch Diamond) has now hit the Pakistan market. The first 5 megapixel Windows Mobile camera phone will be available from 2nd week of September; this was announced in a recently held Press conference by Samsung Mobile, Pakistan at a local hotel in Lahore.  Omnia boasts one of the coolest features around in the market.

·         Optical joystick with virtual mouse functionality

The expected price of Omnia in Pakistan will be around Rs. 50K, though this price looks expensive but I am sure the price will go down as the initial hype fades away. ..

  2. I only got mine yesterday…this is my first experience with windows mobile. let me tell you its a nice phone. solidly built. The touch interface is nice to!

  5. Diamond is more expensive with the price tag of Rs. 55K. As being someone who has played with both the beauties both have their fair share of advantages.
    @ Mansoor, these models seems expensive but their target market is willing to pay any thing above 50K.
    @ Owais, Omnia battery life is extremely god considering its being a windows mobile device…. having 10 hours of talk time.

    It looks good on T.V Screen. But have not seen the cell phone in true perspective. watching the add on television since last couple of days & also interested to buy one. But I think its going to be very expensice set. Khurram Aziz
