One major draw back in Sharif’s politics is his ‘rivalry’ Politics . To be a politician we need to look beyond rivalries and shirt-term benefits , perhaps that pretty much implies for any authoritative career. The rivalry between Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf and Nawaz shareef runs from their past differences. Although things have changed drastically after the Nawaz led government and the martial law imposition by Musharraf . Ever since then the ‘war’ between them is known to all . Now that Musharraf is out of the scene Nawaz seems to have calmed down also . It appears as if he has dropped his usual bashing and rivalry and began to have a brighter approach . As it appears according to wall street Journal Nawaz in an interview said he would not hurdle Musharraf’s way out of the country.

Sharif acknowledged that some of his supporters wanted to see Mr Musharraf in jail, but said he personally bore no grudges and would not mind him slipping out of the country.A lot of prominent PML N leaders have been supporting the need for a trial . The emphasis has come in from different party member who insist Musharraf should face trial . They have also publicly opposed the possibility of his leaving the country .
Musharraf in his farewell speech had emphasized the back drops of a trail or impeachment on country’s stability. A lot of people also believe that we should focus on the current situation in Pakistan rather then living in the past . There is a lot that needs to be done in the country . The focus shouldn’t dwindle .Here’s hoping that the politicians learn to maintain the prime focus on the needs of the people.
