Anti-Musharraf sentiments in the air

The misfortune of the country lies in its people being extremely gullible in better words ‘Jider lagao udar lag jatay hain’. So when the Media said Mush is good people agreed or O well the scenario depicted that they did . I will speak for myself only ,even my point of view towards Musharraf changed a ‘little’ not as drastic but yes a little. He lost his persona to ‘idiots’ like the beloved Chaudary’s and back stabbing PML-Q traitors. Now that the GO MUSHARRAF GO epidemic is wide spread and growing I wonder why its being hyped about so much ?. Let the man leave in peace will you ? . I am not a Musharraf supporter I support peace in the country and hence don’t believe that Musharraf leaving is the answer to our problems. Neither do I believe that his staying would increase problems..
Then I come across view points of people who think Musharraf should be penalized and not given a safe passage. Well if we are accusing him of selling people to American agencies then sorry wrong person to blame. it’s the agencies who are responsible for such acts and well when we claim to be allies we need to fulfill our claims too. This in no way means what ever barbarism went on was rightly done , but whether its Musharraf or who ever comes after him the agencies cant be snubbed. Our country has a strong American influence from our economy to politics , The reason why America keeps reminding us that ,is not on the basis of its ‘friendly’ approach but a tactic to aggravate ‘anti-American’ sentiments. What Mush really lacked was diplomacy and ways of addressing issues. His ways of addressing issues was almost aggressive verbally so nobody really cared even if he said he was patient during the’ operations’ . Musharraf was also constantly blamed for the actions of army and for increasing terrorism in the country by his approach . While the so-called charge sheet is still under construction I wonder if even a 100 point charge sheet could fill up Mr.zardari’s crimes against Pakistan . No safe passage ? Who ran away to US first ting after release from jail then ? .
I believe the approach to sensitive matters shouldn’t be all that aggressive , its not necessary to fight wars to make your view point clear. We are at the time in space where we can all sit down and discuss issues. President Musharraf could be asked to leave without making a ‘dramatic chaos’. For everyman his respect comes first and a disrespectful approach to even decent matters could make matters mystified. The current drama and rivalry show the coalition is putting up will further spoil Pakistan’s image on the global front . Let us not create mockery out of our country’s internal matter and not hype the situation and spoil the situation further

what is with NAWAZ (apnay app ko) and ZARD-AARI… they are all doing this for their own self and not for the country………people are dying of hunger, they are unsecure, electricity nishta, saaf pani nidarad and what about flour…huh atleast they should have given their work plan but there isin’t anything…neither mush is accepted nor zard-aari

@ salman its our country isn’t it ? we need to stand up for the betterment and spread awareness . And these wishes are mostly of all this media propaganda an corrupt politicians and not ordinary people , people just want stability no matter what .
I agree with this, they can’t prove any charges against musharraf and besides, they have many skeletons in their closets as well…. i wonder how can they blame musharraf… they should look into their collars first! Since they can’t come up wid charges against him… they are using cheap means to defame him… and spending money over media campaign…. And yeah GEO SHOULD BE SACKED!!!

Have you heard Mustafa Kamal’s speech addressing the businessmen gathering in Karachi? He said that Musharraf knows about each and every development project going on. He also said that when he went to Musharraf with any new idea, Musharraf would start asking questions about all existing projects and it was Musharraf’s leadership that compelled him to work so hard.
We are almost half way back to 1999, in five bloody months!
This is a time to stand up, to prevent the downfall and breaking up of your country.

And as far as Musharraf is concerned, he is no angel but the problem is that i am sure he did less corruption as compared to Zardari and Nawaz Sharif. And Zardari and his party broke all the world records in corruption.
well i only agree to the part that the current people are no better than Musharaf but it doesnt mean Mush is not to be executed. Why do u poeple want to give Zordari support in not executing Mush can u see he by no means wants to do it neither he wants to c the Chief back in court.

@Sawj thanks for being so regular here :) . And yes Mush ’s govt have been involved in a lot of development projects.@ Junaid and Zuhair that’s exactly my point I never said Mush is an angel and neither does my post suggest it . The point is I don’t think corrupt politicians have the right to talk about ‘corruption charges’ and no safe deals specially when this is all they relied on themselves. Yes there have been mistakes from Mush’s side but things can be tackled in order to avoid destabilization in the country. This is all I am concerned about , the stability of Pakistan and ho w things can be implemented to peace down the process.

Musharraf made big mistakes in his term as President:
- He adopted a ‘forgive and forget’ policy in the interest of Pakistan
- He allowed people like Benazir, Zardari and Nawaz.inc to come back
- He gave a free hand to an irresponsible media
- He trusted the Pakistani awam
I wish and hope that people soon realize the mass-suicide they have commited. Bring Musharraf Back!
