Victory! Dr. Aafia to be Presented in NY Court with False Charges

The American administration has finally came out with a bunch of lies regarding the case of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui. As per the story appearing in the mouth piece of US government, New York Times, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui was recently held in Afghanistan and is charged with an attempt to kill American soldier during interrogation. The charges are so dumb and stupid that even a child can prove them wrong in any logical court of justice (not in American as they are the most biased courts). Find  below the glimpses of the story as it appeared in New York TImes:

The day after she was detained, an American team, including two F.B.I. agents, two American soldiers and interpreters, went to the police station to talk to her. The F.B.I. has wanted her for questioning since May 2004, a Justice Department spokesman said.

The complaint gave the following account of what happened next. Americans entered a room in the police station, unaware that Ms. Siddiqui was being held there, unsecured, behind a curtain. One of the soldiers, a warrant officer, sat down and placed his M-4 rifle on the floor next to the curtain.

Shortly after the meeting began, the other soldier, a captain, heard a woman yelling from the curtain. He turned to see Ms. Siddiqui pointing the warrant officer’s rifle at him.

The interpreter sitting closest to Ms. Siddiqui lunged at her and pushed the rifle away as she pulled the trigger and shouted, “God is Great.” She fired at least two shots, but no one was hit. The warrant officer returned fire with his 9mm pistol, hitting Ms. Siddiqui at least once in the torso.

Ms. Siddiqui struggled when officers tried to subdue her, shouting in English that she wanted to kill Americans. After she was subdued, the complaint said, she “temporarily lost consciousness.” Ms. Siddiqui was charged Monday with one count of trying to kill American officers and employees and one count of assaulting them, the Justice Department said. If convicted, she faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for each count.

I wonder as to why more then five people went to the interrogation room when it is against the standard practice prevalent in the whole world.  All those people who have slightest knowledge of military and intelligence affairs will agree with me on the fact that no guns or other weapons are taken inside the interrogation room while in this case, so many weapons were present inside the room. Moreover, the history of Dr. Aafia has no such incident where she will attack Americans without any purpose. I am sure the Americans are trying to cover their gruesome brutalities committed against one of the most innocenet woman. They held her in jail for 5 years without any trial, they molested her, they illegally detained her children who are still not tracable and they also sexually assaulted her beside torturing her contunuously. The President of United States George Bush should be made accountable for it and should be tried for Crimess against Humanity and should be considered equivalent to Basher of Sudan.

I am sure the American people will not buy the made up story of Bush Adminstration and will call for public trial of this innocent lady whose life has been destroyed just because she was born as Muslim. If this is how Americans treat their fellow Americans, i am sure no one will ever dare to call itself an American and no one will ever want to be part of American democracy. We have to make sure this time the world knows the truth and the culprits are punished for their crimes.

To us its a victory that at least the American have recognized her presence in the Bagram Jail in Afghanistan and hence the Grey Ghost Lady of Bagram has been finally identified as Dr. Aafia of Pakistan who has been raised in America. The Prisoner 650 is now officially Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.
