Mangal Bagh is the leader of one of the most powerful militant outfit operating in the Khyber Agency of Pakistan. He is not allied to Taliban movement and openly confess his disassociation with both Al Qaeda and Taliban. His stance is generally pro government as opposed to other militant outfits operating in Pakistan Tribal areas.
