Multiple Bomb Blasts in Karachi

As per the initial news appearing in the media six bomb blasts took place in various areas of Karachi. The initial reports suggest that over 40 peoeple have been injured while one person has lost his life.  We will update our readers as further details appears.

KARACHI: At least six blasts occurred here in various areas of Karachi in twenty-minute time injuring at least 40 people and killing one man on Monday evening.
In Orangi Town area of Kasba More, a bomb was blowned up, which injured several people. Of these critically injured, one man succumbed to injuries and passed away.
In Orangi Town area of Banars Chowk, two relatively small bombs were blown up in which at least 23 people were injured.
The injured have been shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Another bomb exploded in Shara-e-Noor Jahan police station, injuring at least nine people.
According to the reports, the bomb was rigged to a car parked at the Shara-e-Noor Jahan.
Another bomb blast occurred near Ziaud Din Hospital, injuring various people, who are being shifted to hospital.
Police and the Rangers have been put on alert following the incident. The emergency has been declared in nearly all the hospitals. (Source ARY One World and Fellow Blogger From Karachi)
