This morning when i read the front page story of Dawn, i was wondering that didn’t i said the same thing in two lines in my blog few days back and i keep saying this thing time and again that the situation in NWFP needs very urgent attention from a sincere government unless the centre is interested in having an independent state instead of North West Frontier Province.

The situation in NWFP has become worse and both Musharraf as well as PPP led Coalition government should be held responsible for it. Mr. Nawaz Sharif didn’t dare to pass a single statement about the situation in FATA or about the threat of Taliban and keep his mind focused on the Judges Restoration Issue. What i think is that we will get a half restored judiciary in the end but we will lose another province and hence one fourth of our remaining power source.

I have even mentioned in my blogs for the need to strengthen the police department in the province but till date we have seen no real action. What will a ill equipped police force with literally no motivation to fight do against highly trained and well paid militant groups, who are in much bigger numbers?

If anyone is sincere with Pakistan, i am sure they will wake up and realize the gravity of the situation. With these militants, you should never compromise when they break peace treaty. A full force should respond to their every killing of government men so that they never dare to kill pro government or Pro Pakistan people.
