US Nuclear Fuses Shiptment Incident

nuclear I am sure everyone has read the recent incident, which caused great embarassment to the US, of wrong shipment of nuclear fuses to the Taiwan. There are a lot of details of the incident, which are not explainable by anyone. For example, US is required by rules to account for the fuses, as they are categorized in the sensitive equipment, on quarterly basis. But no one came to know about these fuses in the United States for a whole one year. Moreover, it was Taiwan who notified the United States about the presence of wrong shipment. Also these fuses are much different in its shape and look as compared to the Helicopter batteries, for which it was mistaken.

This also reminds me of an incident in August, 2007 when United States Air force bomber mistakenly flew away with live nuclear weapons on board all across the US. Now this makes me think something that is related to my country since what ever i write is mostly related to Pakistan being a Pro Pakistani.

The US authorities and the Western media has repeatedly voiced their concerns about the safety of Pakistani nuclear installations. Till date not a single incident like this has ever been reported by anyone about our nuclear devices while the latest two cases make false all American claims on the safety of their devices. These incidents are an eye opener for US and its media to shut their mouths and stop objecting on others when they have loads of mess to clear in their our home. Based on what facts, they can ask my country Pakistan that its nuclear installations are not safe when its own nuclear weapons are so much insecure.

God forbid some day US pilot will drop a nuclear weapon on Iran or Afghanistan by mistake as they thought its a pot full of flowers sent by Bush to his loved ones in either of the country. With the incidents like the two i mentioned above, this is not impossible.
